White Wells

White Wells - The Enigmatic Moors
The Victorian spa of White Wells, on Ilkley moor. It is a land mark seen for miles around, and once used by wealthy folk to 'take the waters', a common cure for many ailments. Now it is a nice place to stop and have a rest before climbing onto the moors. In the 1908's my friend lived here for awhile, and it was a good place to start a hike from.
